Waterfowl Monitoring And Annual Count
Apart from the deep association with the avi-faunal fortunes of
Chilika lake, members have been covering about 20 other wetlands
of Orissa and neighbouring Jharkhand, as part of ‘Wild Orissa’’s
Waterfowl Monitoring & Annual Count program which is going on
since 1998. The reports of such findings sent to the Wetlands
International acts as a watchdog for our wetland eco-system.
